Jamaya’s founder, Byron, embarked on a personal journey to explore the rich Caribbean culture, inspired by family stories and mouthwatering cuisine. The vibrant colours, infectious music, and exhilarating carnival culture captivated him, and he couldn’t resist bringing a piece of it back with him to the UK.
